Over 19,000 Delta Air Lines flight attendants have started using new Windows Phone 8 handheld devices that Delta says will streamline on-board purchasing. Delta says the phones are part of its continued investment in technological innovation to improve the customer experience.

Reflecting Marriott International’s increasing focus on global markets, the company announced today the improvement of its Brazilian booking website, www.marriott.com.br, in a partnership with Booking.com, to allow guests in that country to make their reservations in local currency online.
