Building on the success of its vacation programs to Ireland, Britain, Italy, Eastern Europe and European river cruising, CIE Tours International is adding an escorted vacation to Spain to its 2009 repertoire, according to Brian W. Stack, managing director of CIE Tours International.

The 524-room all-inclusive Holiday Inn Resort Montego Bay has put 2009 on sale, offering 50 percent off published rates. Savings are valid for resort stays between Jan. 4 and Dec. 22, 2009 with all-inclusive rates for standard room accommodations ranging between $189 and $250 per room, per night based on double occupancy.

Windstar Cruises is suspending fuel surcharges on all sailings departing after Jan. 1, due to declining fuel prices. Windstar’s fuel surcharge applied only to sailings through March 31, 2009.
