CARICOM (Caribbean Community) member countries are making life more tolerable for the earthquake victims of Haiti by adopting a town outside of the capital city of Port-au-Prince and providing much-needed health services for the affected Haitians.
Orbitz Worldwide, Inc. reported its fourth quarter results, with a net loss of $18 million. Net revenue was $175 million for the fourth quarter 2009, down 3 percent (6 percent on a constant currency basis) year over year.
Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) reported results for the fourth quarter and full year ended Dec. 31, 2009. EBITDA in the fourth quarter improved to $37.4 million from $6.6 million and to $324.1 million from $228.1 million for the year.
