This is in no way a publicity stunt or marketing strategy for the new “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie that was just released. Archaeologists recovered the main anchor from what is widely believed to be the wreck of “Queen Anne’s Revenge”—the famed flagship of notorious pirate Blackbeard—off the coast of North Carolina on Friday.
Redjet, the Barbados-based carrier that had hoped to launch an intra-Caribbean network, has scrapped most of those plans for now. The carrier said "ongoing regulatory delays" in Trinidad and Jamaica forced it to cancel its planned service between the two islands.

Legoland Florida said it would officially open on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011. The new 150-acre theme park, located in Polk County, Fla. (in Central Florida), will cater to kids ages 2 to 12 with more than 50 rides -- from roller coasters to race cars -- as well as family-focused shows and attractions.
