Haiti President Michel Martelly officially inaugurated the new Is in Les Cayes on Monday. The school is located on the former site of a base of United Nations peacekeepers from Senegal in what is Haiti’s third-largest metropolitan area.

The Serbian Film Week (May 10-15, 2013) is coming to Havana with a dozen flicks that promise to pack a wallop among moviegoers in town. All films will be shown at the 23 y 12 Movie Theater in the Vedado area of the Cuban capital from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.

Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) is planning to open an office in Brazil in a bid to attract visitors from the growing South American tourism market. Dubai welcomed approximately 40,000 visitors from Brazil last year.
