Holidaymakers in one of Egypt’s most popular Red Sea resorts have been told to remain in their hotel as the political crisis engulfing the country continues to escalate. According to a report by Travelmole, the travel industry website, guests at the Iberotel Aquamarine in Hurghada have been warned not to leave the property.
JetBlue Airways and British Airways report an interline agreement to connect the carriers' networks at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).

Depressed economies in France, Spain, Portugal and Italy caused tourism business from Western Europe to fall during the first half of this year. Visitors from Western Europe generated $932 million for the local economy last year, according to the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau.
Royal Caribbean will be returning to Barbados after removing all of its ships from the Southern Caribbean route last year. The news was announced by Barbados Tourism Minister Richard Sealy, following what the government called “intensive” negotiations.
