Journalist and producer Eric Caraballoso’s book, entitled “The Word on the Air (La palabra en el aire)”, has been recently launched in Santiago de Cuba City. The book was put on the map during a moving activity held at the Hall of Stained-glass Windows, thanks to the joint actions carried out by the Caguayo Foundation and Editorial Oriente.

JetBlue Airways has confirmed that Robin Hayes, the company’s current president, will succeed Dave Barger as chief executive officer, effective February 16th, 2015. Barger will serve on the JetBlue Board of directors until February 15th, 2015, and Hayes is expected to join the board on February 16th, 2015.
This is one of the religious sites Cubans worship the most: the Church of the Virgin of Charity of Cobre (the Saint Patroness of Cuba), which is visited by over 500 people on a daily basis. The Sanctuary is perched on the highest spot of Maboa Hill, 27 kilometers away from Santiago de Cuba City, features three halls crowned with towers and belfries, with a symmetric main façade and there is a dome over its central structure.
