JetBlue Airways is planning to launch nonstop daily service between Hartford, Connecticut’s Bradley International Airport (BDL) and San Juan’s Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU) in January 2012.

All Air Jamaica flights are now operating under the same “BW” airline code as Caribbean Airlines. This means that travel agents should expect to see Air Jamaica and Caribbean Airlines flights advertised with the BW code.

The Mustique Company will launch nonstop 25-minute flights between St. Lucia’s Hewanorra Airport and Mustique beginning July 14. The new flights are expected to improve access to Mustique from key U.S. gateways.

Delta Air Lines, responding to a report that it was enforcing a Saudi ban on Jewish travelers through its alliance with Saudi Arabian Airlines, issued a statement saying that it does not discriminate or condone discrimination against any of its customers in regards to age, race, nationality, religion or gender.

Aeromexico is launching nonstop service between Miami and Cancun, Mexico starting July 4, the airline announced recently. Aeromexico’s two daily flights from Miami International Airport to Cancun International Airport will depart at 7:45 a.m. and 6:50 p.m.

American Airlines and airberlin, which is about to join the oneworld airline alliance, have expanded their codeshare agreement to include airberlin’s new service between New York’s Kennedy International Airport and Berlin-Tegel. Airberlin will fly the route four times per week. GDSs will display the codeshared flights starting Friday, June 24.
