A United Kingdom tourist died aboard the M/V Thomson Dream cruise ship while it was en route to Tortola, authorities said Tuesday. David James Hughes, 59, was pronounced dead by the ship’s doctor at 9:18 a.m. Saturday after being treated overnight.
