Great Britain is relaxing restrictions on carry-on baggage Friday, and is now allowing musical instruments and essential liquids to be carried on planes, the government has announced. The Department for Transport said Thursday that one carry-on bag will be permitted per passenger, with a new larger maximum size of 56 centimeters by 45 centimeters by 25 centimeters (about 22 inches by 18 inches by 10 inches).
