Cap Juluca in Anguilla is offering a seven-night “Romantic Rendezvous” program throughout 2008. Depending on type of room, rates per couple from Jan. 4 to March 31 range from $8,405 to $12,295; April 1 to 30 and Nov. 16 to Dec. 17 are $5,745 to $7,555; and from May 1 to Nov. 15, $4,770 to $6,495 for superior, luxury and junior suite accommodations. Included are 10 percent tax and 10 percent service charge for items in the package.
Scrub Island in the British Virgin Islands is offering travelers more than 30 private two- to five-bedroom villas. Part of the first resort development to take place in the British Virgin Islands in more than 15 years, the villas at Scrub Island will open in October and offer an attentive porter and tiered chef service.
Hilton is ringing in 2008 with three openings in Costa Rica. On January 1, the hotelier reopened two renovated properties: the Doubletree Cariari by Hilton San Jose and Doubletree Resort by Hilton Puntarenas. They are the first full-service Hilton hotels in the country. A third Costa Rica hotel, the Hilton Papagayo, is scheduled to open on January 15 in Guanacaste, on a private bay of the Pacific.
The Hotel at Naples Bay Resort, located in Naples, Fla., is slated to open in mid-February. The property consists of 65 suites and 20 rooms and is managed by Benchmark Hospitality International. The property is also a member of Preferred Hotel Group. In addition, the hotel is offering rates beginning at $149, per room, per night, through March 31, 2008.

Lodge Kura Hulanda & Beach Club, a five-star boutique resort on the west end of Curacao, will break ground on its exclusive Kalki Caribbean Villas this month.
