New tools have been created to analyze and assess comments about the hotel chain online, including satisfaction surveys, calculating and analyzing online opinions, and in-depth studies made regularly by “mystery guests”.
Wyndham Hotel Group, part of the Wyndham Worldwide family of companies announced the opening of the first Tryp by Wyndham hotel in Colombia, the 140-room Tryp Medellin in Medellin, the country’s second-largest city. It becomes the brand’s 14th hotel in South America, joining properties in Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay.
