Puerto Vallarta is readying itself for a couple of new hotel debuts. Hotel Mousai at Puerto Vallarta's Garza Blanca is set to open on November 24, with an initial presentation at this year's Gala Vallarta, taking place from April 2-5.

Riu Hotels & Resorts has purchased the 252-room Radisson Blu St. Martin for $45 million. The resort, located in Anse Marcel on the French side of the Dutch-French island, will be renamed the Riu Palace St. Martin on June 1.
