Presented by the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association (CHTA), Taste of the Caribbean is an annual event that highlights the art of Caribbean cooking, bringing together the region’s top chefs and bartenders to compete for honors in food and beverage competitions at the Hyatt Regency, Miami.

More than 90 exhibitors from local and international companies and more than 480 travel agents from the United States, Europe, Latin America, China and Puerto Rico participated in the event which poured $900,000 into the local economy.

With a record negotiation cypher close to about $37 million, the 22nd Peru Travel Mart (PTM 2015) concluded on May 17, 2015. PTM 2015 is the most important annual event for tourism promotion in Peru.

The FCCA Central America Cruise Summit closed after successfully linking local stakeholders and cruise line executives to develop mutual understanding and business relationships. Taking place in San Salvador from May 13, the event offered a chance to meet with executives from FCCA's 19 Member Lines.
