Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Seas set sail this past weekend after a 24-day refit at Grand Bahama Shipyard.
Oasis of the Seas, Allure of the Seas and the third Oasis-class ship will soon have a new sister to welcome to Royal Caribbean’s Oasis class family. Today marked the steel cutting for a fourth Oasis ship, scheduled to be delivered in 2018.
Royal Caribbean International’s Serenade of the Seas sustained damage to electrical equipment after a water pipe broke on Jan. 24 near New Orleans. The company cancelled an undetermined number of reservations because of the resulting loss of power to some staterooms.
