The Bahamas has officially opened the new dual-lane gateway to Lynden Pindling International Airport in Nassau. The project was funded by the China Export-Import Bank following a contract signing in September 2010.

Boeing and WestJet have announced they have completed an order for 65 737 MAX airplanes, fulfilling the carrier’s letter of intent to purchase the airplanes announced on August 29th. The order, valued at $6.3 billion at list prices, consists of 40 737 MAX 8s and 25 737 MAX 7s.
