Jamaica’s Prime Minister, Most Hon. Portia Simpson Miller, has expressed appreciation to the Spain’s Hospiten Group, which yesterday (March 14) announced final plans for the construction of a highly specialized general hospital at Cinnamon Hill, Rose Hall, St. James at a cost of $200 million.
