US Airways has added more nonstop flights to Barbados from its Philadelphia hub. US Airways now flies daily to Barbados for the winter season. JetBlue Airways recently began daily nonstop flights between Grantley Adams International Airport in Bridgetown, Barbados, and New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport.
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will resume its service between Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and Aruba Airport Queen Beatrix on 1 February 2010. The twice weekly service will be operated in combination with the existing Curacao service.
Emirates, the international airline of the United Arab Emirates, is to start flights to Madrid, providing the only scheduled passenger service between Dubai and Spain. The daily, non-stop service begins from 1st August, making the Spanish capital the carrier’s 25th destination in Europe.
