Ya’lla Tour USA Plans Humanitarian Trip to Cuba

Ya’lla Tour USA has scheduled a group departure to Cuba, May 15 to 23. The group will travel legally under a humanitarian license granted by the Office of Foreign Assets Control branch of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

The group will carry bags of donation goods which will be delivered to churches and synagogues around the country. The price of the trip is $4,895 per person based on double occupancy. The trip is all-inclusive, with air from Cancun.

Donation goods will include over-the-counter pharmaceuticals, personal hygiene items, used clothes, towels, school supplies, athletic equipment, spices and nonperishables, and packaged foods.

Groups carrying similar items travel from the U.S. to Cuba regularly under a provision to the sanctions which allows Americans and U.S. residents to travel to Cuba for humanitarian purposes.
