Wyndham Names Fernando Salazar as Veep for Food & Beverage

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts appointed Fernando Salazar as vice president of food and beverage. Mr. Salazar, who reports to Peter Strebel, Wyndham’s president, will be responsible for growing and maximizing top line revenues, controlling costs, enhancing the guest experience and satisfaction and spearheading efforts to deliver innovative and memorable dining experiences.

He will work closely with managers of Wyndham hotel restaurants. Most recently, Salazar was vice president-food & beverage for Omni Hotels in Irving, Texas, a position he accepted after serving as the director of operations for the Omni San Antonio and Omni Houston Westside hotels in Texas.
