Virgin Atlantic Appoints New Sales Agent on Mauritius Islands

Currimjee Jeewanjee has been appointed Virgin’s General Sales Agent on Mauritius Islands. “I am delighted at the appointment of Currimjee Jeewanjee as Virgin’s General Sales Agent in Mauritius. I am looking forward to working with them towards the start of our twice weekly service from London to Mauritius,” said Paul Dickinson, Virgin Atlantic’s Director of Sales and Marketing.

Currimjee Jeewanjee & Co. Ltd was established in 1890, originally trading in commodities. Since then, the company has diversified into sectors such as telecommunications, media, IT, real estate, tourism and finance and is active both in Mauritius and the region.

Virgin Atlantic will commence services between London Gatwick and Mauritius twice a week on a Boeing 747-400 aircraft from 29 October this year.
