Viceroy Unveils Villa on Anguilla
Viceroy Anguilla, a collection of 140 beachfront and bluff-top villas, townhomes and resort residences overlooking Barnes and Meads bays on Anguilla, will unveil its four-bedroom model villa on March 15.
The completion date for the Viceroy Anguilla project, which will be rolled out in phases, is set for 2010.
Prices for the units start at $1 million each. Of the 140 units in the collection, 45 still are available for purchase. Owners have the option of placing their units in the rental management program when not occupied.
Each of the furnished units includes a heated plunge pool, indoor and outdoor dining options, a soaking tub, private outdoor showers and high-end electronics and technology. Owners and guests will have access to the services of a concierge team.
Viceroy has properties in Santa Monica and Palm Springs, Calif. The brand also has properties under development in Miami, Mexico’s Riviera Maya, Colorado and Vietnam. Los Angeles-based Kor Group is the developer and operator of Viceroy Anguilla.
