The U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Public Works is seeking a marine consultant to develop a comprehensive marine transportation plan for the Charlotte Amalie Harbor in St. Thomas.

The U.S. Virgin Islands government welcomes proposals from qualified marine consultants and firms as it reinvigorates its marine transportation plan to accommodate greater cruise berths and explores options to bolster intra-island transportation through its coastal waterways.

The Department of Property and Procurement will accept bids until the closing date Tuesday, September 18 at 4 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time.
