Turnberry Isle Miami Names Maria Corona, Kelly Whitehead to Leisure Sales Posts

Turnberry Isle Miami, in South Florida, which joined Marriott’s Autograph Collection earlier this year, announced two additions to the property’s leisure sales team. Maria Corona joins Turnberry Isle Miami as leisure sales director with Kelly Whitehead supporting her as leisure sales manager for luxury accounts. Corona and Whitehead are responsible for developing and managing all strategies and partnerships involving the resort’s leisure sales division.

Prior to assuming her current position, Corona served as director of sales for Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla. Prior to assuming the role of leisure sales manager for Turnberry Isle Miami, Whitehead was the sales manager at Hawks Cay Resort in Duck Key, Fla.
