Travelocity Business Names Eric Henderson VP-Supplier Relations

Travelocity Business has appointed Eric Henderson as vice president and global head of supplier relations. Henderson’s appointment aligns with TBiz’ focus in 2009 on structuring a supplier program that helps the company better define the value its clients bring to suppliers, as well as leveraging that value to aid clients in securing better negotiated rates and services.

Henderson has nearly 25 years of travel management and airline industry experience, including senior relationship management positions with such companies as American Express, Rosenbluth International, and Continental Airlines.

His most recent position was at StarCITE, the Web-based corporate meetings technology provider, where he shared business development responsibilities and managed supplier operations. Travelocity Business is a full-service corporate travel management company.
