Travel to Montserrat Made Easier

Traveling to the pristine island paradise of Montserrat is considered part of the destination’s unique charm. For approximately 10 years after the destruction of the capital city Plymouth in 1995, vacationers could only travel to this pear-shaped island via helicopter or ferry.

With increased accessibility now provided by the renewed partnership between regional carriers LIAT and Carib Aviation, travelers can again appreciate why this modern-day Pompeii is considered one of the Caribbean’s secluded seventh heavens.

The new partnership agreement will not only make Carib Aviation’s flights available through LIAT’s reservations system, but will also allow customers to book Carib Aviation flights through the LIAT website, call center and travel agents who are using the LIAT travel agent’s portal.

In addition, passengers will have the convenience of booking through-tickets on LIAT flights. This means that customers traveling Montserrat-Antigua-Barbados will be on a Carib Aviation operated flight from Montserrat to Antigua and on a LIAT flight from Antigua to Barbados.
