Travcoa Returning to Cuba
Travcoa will return to Cuba next year, operating people-to-people tours from January to May. The operator, which launched its Cuba program last fall after receiving a one-year license from the U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control, recently was granted a two-year license.
Travcoa will operate a seven-day tour priced from $4,995 for land only, and a 10-day tour from $6,995. Both include Travcoa's dine-around program, where guests can dine at a restaurant of their choosing on select evenings.
Charter flights from Miami start at $560 per person. Each tour group is limited to 18 participants and is accompanied by a Travcoa leader and a Cuban guide.
