SuperClubs Breezes Resorts Get New Lease on Life
SuperClubs’ Breezes Resorts in Curacao, the Bahamas, and the Dominican Republic greet the New Year with refurbished accommodations and upgraded amenities.
“Our enhanced Breezes experience reflects our year-long commitment to elevate our Breezes Resorts to a higher plane,” said John Issa, executive chairman of Breezes Resorts’ parent company, SuperClubs Resorts.
“These brand-wide renovations began early last year when we reopened Breezes Runaway Bay in Jamaica after a $20 million facelift. Since then, we have continued to make improvements, while remaining true to our brand promise of affordable escapes without compromising on quality,” Mr. Issa added.
Breezes Curacao Resort Spa & Casino received a $1.3 million enhancement, namely the 65-room Flamingo wing which now boasts 32-inch LCD TVs, freshly painted rooms and re-appointed bathrooms.
Renovations were carried out on three swimming pools, including a misting pool, children’s pool, and an adult pool with swim-up bar; the Beach Grill and the Munasan restaurant with a new Palapa roof.
Breezes Bahamas at Cable Beach in Nassau in the Bahamas received a $10 million upgrade. The eight-story West Wing refurbished accommodations that include such brand-new offerings as mahogany furnishings, plasma screen TVs, and electronic safety deposit boxes.
The 466-room Breezes Puerto Plata Resort, Spa & Casino features new flat screen 27” TVs. New furnishings, mattresses and linens, and bathroom fixtures have been carefully selected and installed with guests’ comfort in mind.
