Sun Country Launches Inaugural Flight to Reagan National

Sun Country Airlines has begun flying to Washington Reagan International Airport from Minneapolis. The new service is six times a week through April 30 and will be daily beginning May 1. The roundtrip flights will originate in Minneapolis/St. Paul, with an intermediate stop at the Capital Region International Airport in Lansing, Mich., before continuing onto Washington, D.C.

The Hometown Airline celebrated the inaugural flight with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce and Metropolitan Airport Commission at Terminal 2 -- Humphrey. Inaugural receptions also took place at the Lansing Capital Region Airport and Reagan National Airport.
