St. Lucia Tourist Board Unveils “Summerlicious” Dining Program

The St. Lucia Tourist Board’s “Summerlicious” program offers reduced prix fixe lunch and dinner summer menus at fine restaurants across the island. From now through Sept. 30, diners can sample a two course lunch for $19 to $24 and a three-course dinner for $35, $46 or $54. Meals include a cocktail made with Saint Lucia’s Chairman’s Reserve Rum.

Participating eateries include selected restaurants at Anse Chastanet, Bay Gardens Hotel and Bay Gardens Beach Resort, Calabash Cove, Cap Maison, Cotton Bay Village, Fond Doux Plantation, Jalousie Plantation, La Haut Resort, Royal by Rex Resorts, Stonefield Estate Villa Resort and Spa, The BodyHoliday LeSPORT and Windjammer Landing.

St. Lucia restaurants Jacques Waterfront Dining, Fire Grill, Starfish, Buzz Restaurant, Rainforest Hideaway, La Terrasse, Big Chef Steak House, Spice of India, Fox Grove Inn and Doolittles are also participating in the program.
