St. Lucia’s Rendezvous Hotel Opens After Major Revamp

Rendezvous, the Boutique hotel for couples in St. Lucia, reopened on Nov. 8 after a $15 million renovation that included, in addition to room, restaurant, pool and wedding facility upgrades, the resort’s first-ever, full-service spa. The tranquil setting for the spa at Rendezvous is set off by a new pool with a sweeping river.

The river is dotted with wading pools and islands for sunbathing to give couples secluded and romantic areas to lounge waterside. A new perk in this pool area is water-waiter service, similar to the beach-waiter service already popular with Rendezvous guests. The spa’s selection of treatments and therapies are inspired by its sister property’s The Oasis Spa at The Body Holiday LeSport.

Couples getting married at Rendezvous can access a new Wedding Concierge Parlor, where they will meet with the resort’s wedding specialists to finalize plans for their already hassle-free weddings. And the new full-service Beauty Salon will prepare everyone for their big day.

The resort’s Terrace Restaurant has been fully redesigned and boasts a new beach deck for expanded water’s edge dining, while the reception and porte-cochere areas have been remodeled to make a lasting first impression. Rendezvous’ Oceanfront rooms now have expansive new windows and French doors.

A new gym is outfitted with state-of-the art equipment and offers a variety of classes to help guests keep fit during their vacation. A new library offers a selection of both loaner and exchange books. Special all-inclusive rates celebrating the grand re-opening of Rendezvous start at $140 per night per person, based on double occupancy.
