Spain’s Finca Cortesin Hotel Names Rene Zimmer General Manager

Finca Cortesin Hotel, Golf, and Spa, recently named to Andrew Harper’s Hideaway Report Grand Awards 2010, has named Rene Zimmer as its general manager. With nearly 20 years in the hospitality industry, Zimmer’s knowledge in the luxury industry comes from his 10 years of experience working for Orient-Express Hotels throughout Europe.

From November 2006 until March 2009, he was executive assistant manager at the Grand Hotel Europe in St. Petersburg, Russia. Prior to this, he was director of food and beverage at Hotel La Residencia in Mallorca, Spain.
