Sergio Padilla Appointed Regional Vice President of Motel 6 for Accor North America

U.S. hotel company Motel 6 announced last week the appointment of Sergio Padilla for the management of Region 3, the Rocky Mountain area, comprising a grand total of 73 properties in the area.

Mr. Padilla will work to increase revenue per available room (Rev PAR) within his region’s properties as well as to implement a tactical and strategic vision for growth in the region.

Originally from Rio Rico, Arizona, Mr. Padilla joined Accor North America and Motel 6 in 1995 as a Guest Service Representative. He has spent his tenure with Motel 6 in Region 3, being promoted first to General Manager, later to Area Manager, Vice President of Operations and most recently serving as Area Manager before his promotion to Regional Vice President.
