RIU to Open New Properties in Mexico, Aruba
RIU Hotels & Resorts plans to introduce two new properties in 2007 bringing its total number of hotels in Mexico, the Caribbean and the United States to 30.
RIU will reach a baker´s dozen resorts in Mexico overall and its second in Los Cabos, the RIU Santa Fe, at the end of 2007.
Earlier this year, in the summer of 2007, the company will make its debut in a new destination with the grand opening of the RIU Palace Aruba in Aruba.
These two new facilities speak volumes of RIU´s continued growth and underscore its deep commitment to offering its clients the finest and highest variety of resort experiences.

Situated in close proximity to the RIU Palace Cabo San Lucas and just outside the bustling downtown, the RIU Santa Fe will be the largest RIU resort ever built, featuring over 900 luxurious guestrooms and suites, an array of exceptional facilities and numerous theme restaurants and bars.
The second property to open will be the RIU Palace Aruba. Located on famed Palm Beach close to the capital, Oranjestad and the airport, this new resort will be RIU´s first in Aruba.
The RIU Palace Aruba will feature 450 luxurious guestrooms and suites, numerous theme restaurants and bars and a private stretch of beach reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
