RIU Markets Ocho Rios Property to MICE Planners

The 846-room, all-inclusive RIU Ocho Rios Hotel in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, will debut its meetings facilities on November 1.
The facilities, which will be able to accommodate up to 340 attendees, include the 5,164-square-foot Grand Ballroom with Wi-Fi access, five conference rooms, a full range of audio visual equipment and a team of meetings professionals to oversee the planning of on-site events.
RIU Hotels & Resorts has two other properties in Negril, Jamaica, with the opening of the fourth RIU resort in Jamaica planned for the winter season 2008/2009 in Montego Bay. The Ocho Rios property opened in October 2005.
