Ring in a New Era at Punta Sur, Isla Mujeres

Dolphin Discovery is ushering in a new era at Punta Sur with an all-night celebration that kicks off the evening of December 21 and lasts until December 22.

Punta Sur in Isla Mujeres is the easternmost point in Mexico, and the perfect place to watch the sunrise. Among the day activities includes a purification ceremony and a countdown to initiate the new Mayan era. On December 22, visitors will see a fireworks display. Armando Manzanero will hold a concert in honor of the passing era, as well.
