Real Resorts Offers Flu-Free Guarantee

Real Resorts says “Welcome Back to Cancun and Riviera Maya” with a “Flu-Free Guarantee” plan and luxury vacation values. Real Resorts is offering any guest, who in the extremely unlikely event contracts the H1N1 flu virus within 14 days of visiting any of its resorts in Cancun or Playa del Carmen, a three-year package of complimentary guaranteed vacations. Return free trips are valid one per year and will be identical to the original vacation package –same dates, same length of stay and same accommodations.

As there are many strains of H1N1, a guest who makes the claim must have it confirmed as Influenza H1N1, and the guest must provide a positive blood result for H1N1 by a state-certified laboratory dated within 14 days of checking out of a resort, in addition to certification by the doctor who performed the test to redeem the free three-year return vacations with your companion. The “Flu-Free Guarantee” applies to guests who travel May through October 2009, and is for the original traveler making the claim and one additional guest.

Each of the four Real Resorts has created a super hygienic environment consistent with internationally certified standards by “Crystal” and “H distinction” to assure a safe environment. Additionally, sanitizing hand lotion stations have been strategically placed around the resorts common areas for staff and guest use.
