He’ll also supervise and oversee joint actions with the Bureau’s allies in terms of promotional and publicity efforts.
In the past, Mr. Sanchez served a stint as deputy executive manager of advertisement and marketing for the Puerto Rico Tourism Company and has worked in the realm of sales and marketing for some of the island’s major hotels, like Caribe Hilton, International San Juan (formerly the San Juan Grand), the Westin Rio Mar Beach and the Golf Resort & Spa.
Mr. Sanchez, a Puerto Rican native, is a graduate of the Allied Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois. He’s currently an active member of Meeting Professional International.
