The Radisson Resort St. Martin will unfurl its flag next summer on the site of the former Le Meridien resort near Port Lonvilliers and Anse Marchel on French St. Martin’s north coast.

The property, now undergoing an $80 million renovation, will be Radisson’s second resort expansion in the Caribbean, complimenting the 358-room Radisson Aruba Resort & Casino. The three Radisson properties in the Bahamas, Belize and Puerto Rico are franchise properties not part of the flagship expansion.

Accommodations will include 189 rooms and 61 suites in several low-rise buildings with pool and garden areas in addition to waterfront suites adjacent to a 150-slip marina.

Facilities at the resort will include Radisson’s signature Larimar Spa, 5,000 square feet of meetings space, two restaurants, several cafes and eateries at the marina, water sports activities, nearby golf at the Temenos Golf Club on Anguilla (35 minutes away by water taxi), an infinity pool and nearby shopping.
