Punta Mita Properties Announces Increased Travel Agent Commission
Punta Mita Properties, the exclusive rental agent for the innovative 1,500-acre, master-planned resort and residential community just north of Puerto Vallarta, announced a new incentive for the travel agent community.
Agents booking villa or condo rentals directly through Punta Mita Properties (www.punta-mitaproperties.com) will receive a 15 percent commission –up 5 percent from Punta Mita´s standard 10 percent. To be eligible, all stays must be booked and completed by October 31, 2006.
This travel agent incentive is available on bookings in Punta Mita´s new Las Terrazas Golf Villas, which made their debut July 1. Surrounded by Jack Nicklaus´ Signature Golf Course, a breathtaking oceanfront 19-hole championship design, Las Terrazas features expansive floor plans and upscale amenities.
Available for rental year-round, Las Terrazas´ high-season pricing starts at $900/night for an ocean or golf view unit and $1,050/night for an ocean view penthouse.
In addition to Las Terrazas, Punta Mita´s 15 percent agent commission also applies to bookings in the development´s numerous other private oceanfront villas.
