Priceline Names Head of Worldwide Strategy, Planning

Priceline.com Inc. has appointed its former chief financial officer Robert J. Mylod Jr. as vice chairman and head of worldwide strategy and planning. Mr. Mylod joined priceline.com in 1999 and was appointed CFO in November 2000.

The other promotions are Daniel J. Finnegan as CFO, Matthew N. Tynan as SVP, finance and investor relations, and Anthony J. Cali who was named VP and controller. All appointments are effective January 1, 2009.
