Prague’s MaMaison Set to Add Boutique Wing
In September the five-star MaMaison Riverside Hotel in Prague will unveil a new boutique look and a new wing. A major expansion and renovation is underway to almost double the number of rooms, from 45 to 81.
The cost is estimated at $18 million. A member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, MaMaison Riverside Hotel is situated on the left bank of the Vltava River, with views of Prague’s towers and turrets.
It is within walking distance of the National Theatre, Charles Bridge, and many of Prague’s attractions. Designed with an Art Nouveau façade and modern, light-colored interiors with a touch of Belle Epoque, the boutique-style hotel is reaching out to both business and leisure guests.
In addition, new conference facilities have been designed, with flexibility in mind. The conference area can be divided by partition walls into three individual rooms, each with its own entrance onto a common foyer, allowing for multiple configurations.
The conference facilities can also be accessed from the existing Riverside Breakfast and Meeting Room on the lower ground floor of the hotel, allowing for larger social events of up to 150 people.
