North Florida’s Ponte Vedra Inn Unveils New Spa
A sensory experience for the mind and body unlike any other in North Florida will be unveiled when The Spa at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club opens its doors to the public on November 1.
The new deluxe Spa will replace the AAA Five-Diamond resort’s current facility with more than three times the space, 22 treatment rooms, a lavish salon, new services and an array of special features. Highlights include:
The Gathering Room, for instance, is a grand social lounge and dining area with 30-foot-high ceilings and an open kitchen that will also be used for cooking demonstrations.
Special VIP rooms are designed with couples in mind, with wet bars and private baths for tandem treatments. Guests can individualize their experience through climate control and a choice of music through a state-of-the-art audio system.
The new Spa reflects a global theme of textures, fabrics, and natural materials including mahogany, bamboo, limestone, stone and glass.
Complementing this theme is a calming interior palette of seaweed, mint green, caramel and blond. Light sources include uplifting, natural light filtered through linen drapes as well as mood-evoking hanging decorative lanterns and aromatic candles.
