New Website Launched for Dominica Visitors

People planning a trip to the Caribbean island nation of Dominica can now access a new website offering a range of information about the destination.

Launched by local tourism agency Discover Dominica, the site features new graphics and design aspects, as well as visitor guides, practical maps and information on accommodation and promotions.

Users of the online platform can also see a selection of photos and videos showcasing the experiences on offer in the destination, while dedicated areas provide information on activities such as hiking and diving.

The website also has interactive features, including a facility for travelers to share their own holiday stories.

Commenting on the new resource, Colin Piper, director of tourism for Discover Dominica, said: 'We offer easier navigation, regular updates and enhanced images of our beautiful island to make travel planning easier.'

The island nation is situated south of Guadeloupe and north of Martinique and is known for its natural scenery, which encompasses everything from mountains to rainforests.
