New Booking Service Specializes in Turks & Caicos

Travel agents booking Turks and Caicos have a new tool at their disposal, DiscoverTCI, an online reservations service based in Providenciales.

DiscoverTCI is focused exclusively on vacation planning in Turks and Caicos. The on-the-ground team in Provo can provide “detailed product information from resorts and restaurants to snorkel sites and spa services,” according to Val Kalliecharan, general manager.

DiscoverTCI offers a booking engine, live chat and toll-free numbers from North America and Europe. DiscoverTCI sells approximately 80 percent of the available room inventory in Turks and Caicos, including 26 resorts and 50 villas on Provo, Grand Turk, Salt Cay and Parrot Cay.

“The free travel rewards, available to agents who book through us or to consumers who book direct, represent massive values, based on the dollar amount spent,” she said. “A booking of $1,500 or more entitles the client to a free car rental for a day. A $5,200 booking guarantees a professional photo shoot on the beach by an island photographer. And there are many rewards at all price levels in between.”
