MSC Ups Fuel Surcharge as of July 1

MSC Cruises increased its daily fuel surcharge from $6 per passenger to $8 per passenger for new bookings made as of July 1 for cruises departing after Dec. 1.

“We all know that international oil prices have risen rapidly over the past several months, bringing the cost of fuel, whether for the family car or a cruise ship, to record highs,” said Richard Sasso, president and CEO of MSC Cruises USA, in a statement.
