Mexico Tourism Ministry Appoints New Undersecretary

Jacqueline Arzoz was appointed undersecretary of tourism planning for the Ministry of Tourism by President Felipe Calderon.

The selection of Arzoz will strengthen the strategic planning efforts for the tourism sector in Mexico, said Minister of Tourism Rodolfo Elizondo-Torres.

Before being appointed undersecretary, Arzoz headed the Economic Analysis Unit for the Ministry of Health. Previously, she served as a political and social adviser for the president.
