Mexico’s El Dorado Royale Names Paulino Emiliano General Manager

The El Dorado Royale, A Spa Resort by Karisma, located in Mexico’s Riviera Maya, has named Paulino Emiliano as the new general manager. Aside from his essential role of managing the resort and staff on a daily basis, Mr. Emiliano seeks to increase the development of staff departments by implementing additional tools for motivation and training.

Bringing nearly 24 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, Mr. Emiliano was previously general manager of the El Dorado Seaside Suites for the past three years.

Prior to joining El Dorado Spa Resorts & Hotels, he was the general manager for Occidental Hotels’ Spanish chain. Additionally, Beat Meier will take his experiences as a part of the El Dorado Royale to become the new general manager of Azul Sensatori Hotel, which opened last October.
