Mexico´s Crowne Plaza Hotel Grabs Newcomer Award

Thanks to its exquisite service, Mexico´s Crowne Plaza Torreon Hotel & Convention Center has just won the Newcomer Award, a prize exclusively handed out to the world´s best establishments during their first year of operations.

In a press release, General Manager Gerardo Galindo informed about the distinction made to his lodging facility. Every year, the Chicago-based Intercontinental Hotels Group –one of the world´s largest chains- recognizes the best hotels on the face of the earth that score outstanding results during the first year in the business.

In addition to the Crowne Plaza Torreon Hotel & Convention Center, the Crowne Plaza Monterrey and the Holiday Inn Express Guanajuato also walked off with awards of their own. The Quality Excellence Award went to Holiday Inn Express Technology.
