Mexicana de Aviacion, Mexico´s first airline and leader in the international market, announced earlier this week the launch of a nonstop flight service between Mexico City and Miami, Florida.

Operated with modern Airbus A319 jetliners, the flights provide 12 seats in “Executive Class” and 108 seats in “Tourist Class.” The new route will operate daily departing for Mexico City at 7:00 a.m. and returning to Miami at 6:15 p.m.

The Mexico City-Miami route has come into being to cater to the demand of passengers traveling due to growing trade ties between the two cities. In fact, the route has been designed in the face of the increased amount of businesspeople who are often required to be in Miami before noon and need to return to Mexico the same day.

This new route will have Mexicana´s exclusive and unique CONCIERGE Service designed for the busy executives who travel frequently on the Mexico City-Miami segment.

With these new flights, Mexicana will now be flying to 13 destinations in the United States, beefing up its position as the Mexican carrier with the most number of flights from Mexico to the U.S.
